I'm still working up something new to post, but I have at least come to the realization that I may, in fact, be a person with disabilities. I've been dealing with depression my entire adult life, and I wrote an article on Helium about it. I realize this is supposed to be a day to write something new, but I'm offering this until I manage to do it.

It can be a tricky thing to accept a view of yourself as disabled. I hope you find it actually helps - it did for me.
