I've said it before. I'll say it again. Jack Kingston is a Tool! He thinks he's cool because he's been on Colbert and TDS.

As a liberal living in conservative South Georgia, I have a lot to vent about. I also happen to be involved in the arts, just adding fuel to the fire. Come along and join the rant!

You obviously have never met the man in person.
Are you saying that Kingston only plays a tool on TV? My impression of Jack Kingston as a tool has also come from his blog posts and his votes in Congress. I have, in fact, been in his presence. You are right, though. I have never been formally introduced.
Boom, boom, boom....
ANOTHER ONE BITES THE DUST!

The Democrat opposing U.S. Rep. Jack Kingston denied today he's running out of money, even though his campaign manager quit and said he wasn't sure the candidate could afford his $2,000-a-month fee.
The Rev. Jim Nelson, a Savannah minister and former Army officer, has sought to convince voters and donors that he's not just a long-shot against Kingston, who has become a powerful Republican leader in Congress after 12 years of representing southeast Georgia.
Now Nelson's ability to raise money has been called into question by Jason Harvey, Nelson's campaign manager since he entered the race last November. Harvey sent reporters an e-mail late Sunday announcing he had quit the campaign because of "insufficient funding."
I will say it here as well.
Anonymous,
That was uncalled for and shows no class on your part.
Debating your position is OK, but this is not good.
Chivalry is not dead. Thanks for sticking up for me, Georgia Veteran, especially considering your position on this race. Where else have you had to take Mr. Anonymous to task?
He also hit the Jim Nelson Blog. I later saw that someone had posted the story as a comment on every post, in addition to this one.
That may be why the Nelson blog has been wiped clean.
Thanks Georgia Veteran. too bad we're on opposite sides of this race. Since you've been to the Nelson blog, have you read the Contract for American Veterans? What do you think?
So much for freedom on speech on the Kingston Blog. Because of the poltiical nature of the posts (and Jack's staff's posts have, of course, been totally objective and policy oriented), the site will now be "moderated" which means that no impure thoughts will be allowed.
Who is paying for his .gov blog anyway?
his house.gov blog comes with the position of House Rep. No wonder it's so easy for incumbents to get reelected. Between franking privileges, free websites & buckets of money to buy influence, challengers certainly have an uphill battle before them.
